How much does BroadcastSIMS cost?

BroadcastSIMS is sold as an annual per-campus subscription with three plans: Video Club at $395/year, Studio at $595/year, and Control Room at $995/year. Each plan adds more simulations, capstone projects, and features.

Does BroadcastSIMS qualify for Carl D. Perkins grant funding?

Yes. BroadcastSIMS qualifies for the Carl D. Perkins grant, which can cover up to 100% of a campus subscription for eligible Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs.

Can I upgrade my plan mid-semester?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time and the price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your billing period.

Do you offer a free trial?

We offer live demos for institutions. Contact us to schedule a walkthrough of the platform with your team.

How are student seats managed?

Teachers and admins can invite students through the management dashboard. Students create accounts and are assigned to classes.

What happens when my subscription ends?

Students and teachers retain access until the end of the billing period. All session data and analytics are preserved for 90 days after expiration.

Do you offer institutional or volume pricing?

Yes! Contact us for custom pricing for multi-department deployments or university-wide licenses.

Can we add our own videos to the simulations?

Yes. We do offer special video uploads if you would like to use your own ISO footage. Contact your sales rep to walkthrough the steps and costs.
